UnlocktoTalk Customer Service - We have been providing an online service assisting consumers to unlock their cell phones since 2005. In over 5 years of business we have helped people unlock thousands of cell phones. We have always done our very best to provide top notch customer service and complete satisfaction to our customers. Unfortunately, there are a few people who are impossible to please or want nothing more than to get a freebie. We expect evidence if someone claims that their code did not work, and without evidence we cannot refund. Otherwise, the word would get out that we are the place to get free unlock codes, just by saying that the code didn't work. If the world was full of nothing but honest people we would issue a no questions asked refund any time someone claimed their code did not work. But we all know the world is not full of only honest people. Unlock codes are not free. We must pay our vendors more than 50% of our sales price for each unlock code. We could not remain in business if we just gave out free unlock codes or issued a refund to everyone who claimed their code did not work without providing any evidence.
Unlock to Talk Reputation - We have hundreds of repeat customers who absolutely love our service. Unfortunately, the people who love our service are not always the ones who post about us. The only people who posted complaints about us were the people who demanded a refund without providing evidence required to receive it, or who were unwilling to read and follow our terms and conditions. We ask anyone who claims their code did not work to provide a video showing the unlocking process failing. When we receive this video evidence we ALWAYS issue a full refund immediately. Occasionally there are some phones that just won't unlock either because the service provider has changed the code from the original manufacturer code, the phone is defective, or the phone is a new version that is not yet supported. Even though these issues are not our fault, we still refund for these reasons upon receiving video evidence of the failure, each and every time. We have only had a few people report that their code did not work out of thousands of customers who had no problem. Out of these few people, there were some who refused to provide evidence of the failure, and since we did not just take their word for it they posted complaints about us to BBB, Ripoff Report, Complaints Board, and a few other websites. It is a lot easier to keep a good reputation when you are selling only a few items with a very high profit margin and cost, rather than many items at a very low profit margin and cost. Our average sale is $20 cost and $5 profit margin. We have sold thousands of unlock codes and only had a few complaints posted online about us. Hopefully you will take that into consideration when you see those very few complaints. These complaints account for much less than 1% of our total sales. More than 99% of our customers were extremely satisfied, and many have repeated again and again!

At times we have become frustrated with people being unwilling to compromise, and unwilling to follow our requested instructions. We are always working on improving our service. We have completely rebuilt our website to provide faster delivery times of unlock codes and software. We have increased our business hours so that someone will be available to assist you every day until Midnight Eastern Time except on weekends. We have an online chat service that is almost always online during business hours. We answer each email within 15 minutes during business hours, and most within 2-3 minutes.
