We will not process your FIRST order until you have sent us a digital picture or scan of your photo ID and credit card used to make the purchase unless you paid with a VERIFIED Paypal account. If you paid with a credit card or a unverified Paypal account you MUST take a digital picture of a Government issued photo ID along with your credit card and email it as a file attachment to code@unlocktotalk.com. The name on your photo ID must match the name on the credit card or unverified Paypal account. If you have already sent your photo id and credit card picture with a previous order just send us an email and let us know the date of your previous order. If we have not received your photo id by midnight USA Eastern Time your order will be refunded.

 

Explanation For Credit Card & Photo ID Picture Requirement: There are hundreds of email phishers who steal credit card numbers by pretending to be eBay, Paypal, Amazon, or other popular websites. These email phishers send bulk emails out that look like they are from these companies with logos linking to a website that appears to be the website for these companies. However, the websites are actually fake websites setup just to steal the credit card info and other personal info of the user. The emails threaten to suspend or delete users accounts if they dont immediately update their credit card information. Users quickly update their credit card information in a panic to avoid being suspended and unknowingly give out their credit card number to these petty thieves. Then these thieves turn around and purchase intangible items with the stolen credit card numbers such as unlock codes and unlocking software that they can quickly resell and make a profit. Therefore, the reason for requiring a picture of credit card and photo id is to guarantee that you actually do have the credit card and not just the credit card numbers.
