Notice About Cables: DCU-11 & DCU-60 Cables Will Not Work! These are the cables that usually come with the phone. You must have an unlocking cable. We will mail out your unlocking cable the same day you make your purchase if you buy Multi-Server cable!

Instructions:

    1. Click Here To Download Unlocking Software
    2. Save and Extract all files to your desktop
    3.
    Download, Extract, & Install USB Cable Drivers (After You Receive Your Cable) When you plug in the cable a hardware wizard should pop up. Make sure you choose the location of drivers and install drivers from that specific folder. (MSDriver) Check your device manager to make sure your Total Multi Server Cable is installed correctly under "Ports". If there is a yellow error mark next to it right click on it and select update driver to install again.

    4. Open Client folder on your desktop. Click on "client" icon with 3 colored boxes.
    5. Disable firewall and all other security settings in order to allow your computer to connect to remote unlocking server without any disruptions. If you do not disable your security it may cause damage to your phone or use up your credit without unlocking the phone.
    6. Call 1-800-891-0522 or email dean@unlocktotalk.com for your login details after your drivers are installed and you have followed all instructions up to this point.
    7. Enter user name and password in the bottom left hand corner of the software client.
    8. Select your brand and model number from the drop down lists at the top of software client.
    9. Click on Unlock Menu tab.
    10. Check Unlock Phone + Reset User / Lock Code box.
    11. Select correct port for your cable at the bottom middle of software client.
    12. Make sure phone is powered off and plugged into cable.
    13. Click on "Make Selected Jobs" and carefully follow all onscreen prompts.
    14. If you cannot get the software to begin the unlocking process or resume at any step, simply remove the battery from the phone, unplug the phone, put the battery back in, and plug the cable back in until it starts.
